چکیده
Fiber diameter, a quantitative trait, is controlled by minor effect polygenes. Keratin-associated proteins (KRTAPs) are an important part of hair, and their rich polymorphisms facilitate the mining cashmere trait molecular markers. In this study, Jiangnan Tibetan goats were taken as research object; multiplex PCR exome sequencing technology used to identify exon regional KRTAP15-1, KRTAP13.1, KRTAP27-1, KRTAP24-1. The effects mutation sites on fiber diameter analyzed least square method. results showed that there 28 in four KRTAP genes goat populations. Among them, KRTAP24-1 gene found be significantly related goats. exploration markers study will help improve down, while identification provide original data for utilization protection germplasm resources

Molecular Characterization and Expression Analysis of Ribosomal Protein S6 Gene in the Cashmere Goat (Capra hircus)
Ribosomal protein (rp) S6 is the substrate of ribosomal protein S6K (S6 kinase) and is involved in protein synthesis by mTOR/S6K/S6 signaling pathway. Some S6 cDNA have been cloned in mammals in recent years but has not been identified in the goat. To facilitate such studies, we cloned the cDNA encoding Cashmere goat (Capra hircus) S6 (GenBank accession GU131122) and then detected mRNA expressi...

متن کاملPost-Natal Skin Follicle Development in The Raieni Cashmere Goat
One hundred eighty (180) skin samples were taken from the mid-right side of 30 Raieni Cashmere goat male and female kids at 1 mo, 1.5 mo, 2 mo, 2.5 mo, 3 mo and 3.5 mo of age. Numbers of primary and secondary skin follicles were determined for each sample. Numbers of secondary follicles increased until 3 mo of age, but numbers of primary follicles did not change after birth of the kids. The ski...
متن کاملSNP Discovery from Transcriptome of Cashmere Goat Skin
The goat Capra hircus is one of several economically important livestock in China. Advances in molecular genetics have led to the identification of several single nucleotide variation markers associated with genes affecting economic traits. Validation of single nucleotide variations in a whole-transcriptome sequencing is critical for understanding the information of molecular genetics. In this ...
متن کاملMolecular Characterization and Expression Pattern of Gene IGFBP-5 in the Cashmere Goat (Capra hircus)
Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein-5 (IGFBP-5) is one of the six members of IGFBP family, important for cell growth, apoptosis and other IGF-stimulated signaling pathways. In order to explore the significance of IGFBP-5 in cells of the Inner Mongolian Cashmere goat (Capra hircus), IGFBP-5 gene complementary DNA (cDNA) was amplified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-...
